James “Jimmy” Lo is a trial attorney and founder of The Lo Law Firm.

Prior to opening the Lo Law Firm, Jimmy was a partner at a statewide insurance defense firm. There, Jimmy handled a wide range of personal injury lawsuits, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, dog bites and trucking accidents just to name a few. Jimmy has handled cases ranging from soft tissue injuries to catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.

As a partner, Jimmy was responsible for every aspect of a case and served as lead trial counsel on numerous jury trials and arbitrations obtaining numerous victories for his clients.

Despite his success, Jimmy realized that his work brought him little satisfaction and left his law firm to open up The Lo Law Firm with the goal of helping those that have been injured because of the careless actions of another.

Using what he learned as a defense lawyer working for insurance companies, Jimmy takes that knowledge to achieve the maximum results for his clients. His experience working with some of the biggest insurance companies in the world gives him the upper hand in getting the best results for his clients. This is an advantage that very few plaintiff lawyers can claim to have in their arsenal.

What Jimmy prides himself the most on is his devotion to his clients. Whether it is answering a text message late at night, driving hours to meet them at their home or taking a case to trial when the insurance companies undervalue his client’s case even the slightest bit, Jimmy treats all of his clients like his family.

Outside the office, Jimmy is the proud father of two wonderful girls (Leila and Mia), husband to an amazing wife and attorney who he met in law school (Tricia) and a very average ice hockey player, runner and cyclist.
